The Isinkin

The Isinkin takes a total pivot from traditional commercial design, leaning hard into a terraced, hillside layout. The way the green roofs stack up makes the whole building feel like it is growing out of the slope rather than just sitting on it. The "Z" geometry on the main entrance serves as a massive visual hook that ties the branding directly into the architecture. Between the multi-level pool decks, the outdoor fire pit, and those open terraces, the space feels more like a high-end social retreat than a standard office or retail hub. There is a great flow throughout that balances sharp, clean white lines with plenty of natural texture.
