With EDGE certification, he brings a clear understanding of resource efficient design and how it can be applied in real situations.

Lead Project Manage
Steve manages the day to day progress of projects on site and ensures that everything runs as planned. He coordinates between contractors, consultants and clients to keep communication clear and steady. His role is to make sure timelines are respected and challenges are handled before they grow. He also maintains strong relationships with clients, making sure their expectations are understood and met throughout the project.

Urban Planner
Mark supports the team by guiding projects through planning requirements and approvals. He ensures that all proposals align with existing planning regulations and development controls. His input helps shape projects so they fit well within their wider urban context. Beyond compliance, he contributes to the overall planning of spaces, helping the team make decisions that respond to both people and place.
Abuya Nyapeni
Registered Architect
Abuya provides overall professional oversight within the firm and ensures that all work meets required standards. As the registered architect, he reviews and approves drawings before submission and construction. His role is to safeguard the integrity of the projects and ensure they are executed correctly. He is also responsible for stamping and formal approvals, giving the work its official standing.
